Rachel Carson Wildlife Garden
The Rachel Carson Wildlife Garden is situated at the Nature Education Center entrance to the North Carolina Museum of Natural Science. This garden features native plant species from four key ecological regions of North Carolina: mountain, Piedmont, Longleaf Pine forest, and coastal plain. In 2024, I acted as lead content developer for the addition of plant identification signage, and acquired all photo assets. For this project, to emphasize the importance of this urban garden to wildlife, I connected each plant to native wildlife species.
